Located on the 3rd floor of Building B in the Bonded Zone, the incubator features 4 functional areas:
- Workstations: ¥260/month (shared) / ¥480/month (dedicated)
- Training Room: Scenario-based hands-on environment
- Equipment Sharing: Heat guns, soldering stations, oscilloscopes
- Office Area: Open-plan workspace
